Mr. Đỗ Vinh Quang was born in 1995, the second son of Mr. Đỗ Quang Hiển. Vinh Quang studied abroad in the UK, then returned to support his brother and father in the family business at T&T Group and SHB bank.

In 2020, Mr.Hiển decided to assign the Chairman of Hanoi FC to Vinh Quang, making him the youngest president in the history of Vietnamese professional football.
